It may be hard to quit the habit of smoking, but it isn’t impossible. You could join a support group, use nicotine patches which can help control your urge for nicotine by giving you smaller doses each time but the most powerful factor in quitting is your self-motivation. - It can cause weight gain because smoke damages the tiny air sacs in the lungs; so smokers become out of breath more quickly which makes it harder to exercise.

For a fact i know that i wouldnt want to. i guess its a good thing when people actually think about what they consume before they actually just consume the substance/item.
“There are many more forms of alcohol than just cigarettes.” I believe that you meant tobacco instead of “alcohol,” but what do I know I’m an addle brained smoker.
